- -------------------------------------------------------
- if you get the settings right you can get some pretty convincing stuff out of
- it. I even replicated that 'Let's Do It' sample in 'U Sure Do' by Strike! But
- you'll have to change some of the settings below to get it.
-
- Here's some examples, starting from default make the following changes.
-
- 1. MODE: Natural or Manual
- RATE: 150
- PITCH: 65
- PERTURB:2
- ENTHUS: 63
- A1 ADJ: Somewhere between -32 and 0 (-32 gives a radio mic effect)
- (0 is more clear speech)
- A3 ADJ: 6
- CENT: 40%
- CENTPHON: AH (or maybe A0)
-
- Type in: come on. lets do it. lets do this thing. and lets do it well.
- Change the phonetic output to:
-
- KAHM AAN. LEHTS DUW2 IHT. LEHTS DUW DHIHS THIHNX. AEND LEHTS DUW2 IHT WEH1L
-
- and now press speak?
- what do you think.
-
- 2. MODE: Natural or Manual
- RATE: 150
- PITCH: 65
- PERTURB:2
- ENTHUS: 63
- F1 ADJ: 8
- A1 ADJ: -19
- A2 ADJ: 12
- A3 ADJ: 27
- ARTIC: 128
- AF BIAS: 17
- CENT: 40%
- CENTPHON: AH (or maybe A0)
-
- Now type: look to the future.
- and change to: LUH1K TUW DHIX FYUWCHER.
-
-
- The numbers after the vowal consonants are for emphasis and the amount changes
- depending on the ENTHUSIASM setting. Play around with the settings and let
- me know of any interesting combinations anyone comes up with.
-
- Shame the speech can't be saved out as raw samples.
- Hmmm...I might go and speak to the author.....
